Rafaela Margaretha Louis

Rafaela Louis is a doctoral student at the EDAC laboratory. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 2018 and 2021. She gained first experiences in 4D-printing through a research project during her bachelor studies. While pursuing her master’s degree she worked as a student research assistant in additive manufacturing and computational design. Her research focuses on the development of 4D adaptive facades.
